Meet Bonnie
I’m Bonnie—founder of Bonnie & Brie and a qualified chef based in Brisbane. I’ve always believed that sharing good food is the simplest way to bring people together, and I’ve seen how a beautiful spread can turn a room into a gathering. Based in Brisbane, I curate abundant, fresh-first grazing boards, boxes, and an signature charcuterie carts—styled with artisan cheeses, mixed deli meats, seasonal produce, and thoughtful little details that make people linger and talk.
If you’re in Brisbane or surrounding area, you’ll often find me at local markets or out delivering, making sure everything arrives as pretty as it is delicious.
How did Bonnie & Brie come about?
“Bonnie & Brie began as a ten-year dream. During my chef’s apprenticeship I spent countless hours on functions and fell in love with grazing-style events—bringing people together around beautiful, abundant food. After losing my dad recently, I realised life’s too short not to do what you love, so I took the leap and turned that long-time dream into Bonnie & Brie here in Brisbane. As a chef by trade, I am able to customise every order—size, vibe, and dietary needs—to make hosting effortless and memorable.”
