I’m Bonnie, founder of Bonnie & Brie and a qualified chef based in Brisbane. I’ve always believed good food brings people together, and I love creating grazing experiences that feel beautiful, generous and easy to enjoy.
Bonnie & Brie began as a long-time dream after years of working on functions and falling in love with styled grazing events. Today, every cart, box and table is prepared with care, quality ingredients and thoughtful details to make hosting feel simple and memorable.

Absolutely incredible carts and grazing boards! Everything was beautifully presented and tasted just as amazing as it looked. Bonnie is so friendly and easy to work with. You can really tell how passionate she is about what she does. It also makes such a difference knowing she’s a qualified chef, the quality truly shows.

Have had the chance to be served by lovely Bonnie for my daughter’s 1st bday. We had a high tea theme and she customised the food selection to suit the theme. The food were sumptuous and tasty! The guests loved them and i got lots of compliments for the cute grazing set up she made. We had a minor hiccup where she forgot to leave the plates and cutleries but all good, she went back and drop them off. Im considering her again for our next event!

I recently had the pleasure of being looked after by Bonnie at my baby shower. We had a gathering of around 20 people and opted for grazing boards, brioche rolls and the fondant fountain, everything was completely flawless and included seperate sections with pregnancy safe options.
From the planning stages to the day itself, having Bonnie there to take care of all things catering was a huge weight/stress off our shoulders.

What is the difference between grazing boxes, carts and tables?
Grazing boxes are ready-to-order options for gifts, meetings, picnics and smaller gatherings. Event carts are styled setups served from Bonnie & Brie’s signature cart, ideal for weddings, corporate events and celebrations. Grazing tables are larger, custom styled spreads designed around your guest count, venue and event style.
Can I order everything online?
Grazing boxes and corporate boxes can be ordered online with at least 36 hours’ notice. Event carts and grazing tables are enquiry-based because they depend on your date, location, guest numbers, styling needs and setup requirements.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, Bonnie & Brie can cater for a range of dietary needs and preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, Halal and pork-free options. Dietary notes can be added when ordering or enquiring, and your selection will be tailored where possible. Please note the kitchen is not allergy-free.
Where do you deliver and cater?
Bonnie & Brie is based in Brisbane and caters across Brisbane, South East Queensland and Northern NSW. Delivery fees depend on your location, with free delivery available for larger Brisbane orders. For events outside the standard delivery area, a custom quote can be provided.
How do I choose the right option for my event?
For smaller occasions, gifts or easy hosting, grazing boxes are usually the best choice. For events where you want a styled feature and guest experience, an event cart is ideal. For larger gatherings, grazing tables work well when you want an abundant spread styled to suit the space.
