All orders are subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days receive credit only. 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Bonnie & Brie operates under a Brisbane City Council food business license. All food handlers complete nationally recognised food-safety training, and our Food Safety Supervisor oversees preparation, transport and on-site service
  2. Products may be replaced with items of equal value subject to availability and seasonality
  3. Deposits are non-refundable- Cancellations made within 7 days prior to event/booking will receive credit, all cancellations made after the 7-day cut off will lose their deposit
  4. Bonnie & Brie shall not be liable for any resulting damage, injury or sickness whatsoever, whether remote or proximate, for failure to consume orders within three (3) hours of set up or delivery, or for the customer’s failure to take health, safety and hygienic measures into consideration when consuming food products.
  5. All products must be consumed within three (3) hours after the grazing board/charcuterie cart has been set up or from the delivery of a takeaway box order, in line with government rules and regulations. Consumption of said products beyond the said period shall be at your own risk. 
  6. No orders will be prepared or delivered without full payment.
  7. If you are not home at time of delivery, re delivery cost of $20 is needed. On day of delivery, you will be given approximate time if timing is not pre discussed with ordering.
  8. If our tableware, including boards or charcutier cart are misplaced or damaged during your event, fees will apply for replacement at the full cost of purchasing a replacement.
  9. The collection of goods will be pre-arranged before all events- Set up cost included in pricing- Additional cost apply for clean-up services.
  10. Tables are not included.
