FOUNDER STORY

A Ten-Year Dream, Brought to Life

Bonnie & Brie began as a long-time dream. During my chef’s apprenticeship, I spent years working on functions and fell in love with grazing-style events, where beautiful food brought people together and made every space feel special.

After losing my dad, I realised life was too short not to follow what I truly loved. That moment gave me the push to turn a long-held idea into Bonnie & Brie, a Brisbane-based catering business built around generous food, thoughtful styling and memorable moments.

As a qualified chef, I bring care, creativity and flexibility to every order. Whether it is a grazing cart, box or table, each setup is tailored to suit your guest count, event style, dietary needs and overall vision.

Have had the chance to be served by lovely Bonnie for my daughter’s 1st bday. We had a high tea theme and she customised the food selection to suit the theme. The food were sumptuous and tasty! The guests loved them and i got lots of compliments for the cute grazing set up she made. We had a minor hiccup where she forgot to leave the plates and cutleries but all good, she went back and drop them off. Im considering her again for our next event!

We hired Bonnie somewhat last minute to set up her cart for our cocktail hour for our wedding at Roma St Parklands, and so happy we did. She was a hit, and the food was delicious!

Bonnie happily catered to our dietary requirements, and she packaged up any leftover food for us to take with us (which we used to make pizza the next night).
