How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
Bonnie & Brie aims to respond to all enquiries within 12 hours. During busy event periods, replies may take a little longer, but every enquiry is reviewed carefully so we can understand your event, check the details and guide you properly with the next steps.
What details should I include in the form?
Please include your event date, location, guest count, preferred catering style and any dietary needs. It also helps to share your occasion, ideal setup time, delivery needs and any styling notes, such as colours, florals or the overall event vibe, so your quote can be tailored properly.
Can I check availability before choosing a service?
Yes. If you are not sure whether you need a grazing cart, grazing table, grazing box or corporate catering, you can still send an enquiry. Share your date, location, guest count and event details, and Bonnie & Brie will help recommend the best option based on your occasion and availability.
Can you help with urgent or last-minute orders?
Online grazing box orders usually need at least 36 hours’ notice. If you need something sooner, send an enquiry and we’ll let you know what may be possible based on availability, delivery location, order size and preparation time. Last-minute requests are not guaranteed, but we will always try to help where possible.
Do I need to pay a deposit for event bookings?
For event carts, grazing tables and custom catering, booking and payment details will be confirmed once your quote is prepared. No event booking is secured until the agreed payment has been received and your booking is confirmed, so it is best to enquire early for popular dates.
